    MARQUETTE — Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder declared Nov. 5-11 Winter Hazards Awareness Week more than a week after the snow began falling throughout much of the Upper Peninsula.     HURLEY — The Iron County Board of Supervisors is expected to approve the county’s budget for the 2018 fiscal year Tuesday, which — unless the board changes the figures — will include a millage increase. The expected rate will be .0056 mill, according to documents given to the board, which translates to $5.63 for every $1,000 of taxable value.     MARSHFIELD, Wis. — Mark Steven Vizanko, 65, of Peeksville, Wis., died on Thursday, Nov. 2, 2017, at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield. He was born on April 28, 1952, in Ironwood, the son of James and Toby (Shurmack) Vizanko. He graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in Ironwood, and then earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Michigan Tech in Houghton, Mich. Ed was born on Oct. 21, 1925, in Puritan Location, Bessemer Township, a son of John and Mary (Mojeck) Zeliska. He spent his early years on what the family lovingly called "the farm" on the back of Powderhorn Mountain.
