    ROCHESTER, Minn. — Nancy Rae (Sobolewski) Nemacheck, age 63, passed away peacefully at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, on Dec. 26, 2016. Nancy fought a courageous battle against breast cancer and pulmonary hypertension. Services will be held at noon on Jan 20, at Cornerstone Church in Ramsay, Mich., followed by a luncheon at Manny’s Restaurant in Ironwood, Mich. Full obituary to follow.... Full story

The lowest number recorded in the past four years was 21 arrests/citations in 2015. The high number is 26, in 2014.
