    Today is Election Day in Wisconsin and Iron County residents will elect members to the Iron County Board of Supervisors, as well as the Hurley City Council, Montreal City Council, Mercer Town Board, and Hurley and Mercer school boards. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The only contests for the Iron County Board Supervisors are in Districts 6 and 12.     PAYNESVILLE, Mich. — Deborah Faye (nee Cronkright) Teikari, 69, of Paynesville, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, following a very brief illness. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends. Deborah was born on March 31, 1953, in Ontonagon, to her parents Daniel and Jean (Pittsley) Cronkright of Trout Creek. She attended Trout Creek School. Deborah married Daniel Teikari in 1990, and they made their home in Paynesville.
