Navy Fireman Second Class Lowell Earl Valley, from Ontonagon, is the last of three Upper Peninsula men who were killed during an attack on the USS Oklahoma on Dec. 7, 1941, to be identified.     IRONWOOD, Mich. — Beulah J. Carli, 89, of 316 W. Norrie Street, Ironwood, passed away Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, in Ironwood. She was born Sept. 29, 1928, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Stephen and Edith (Anderson) Barnes. Beulah attended Luther L. Wright High School, graduating with the class of 1946. On Oct. 15, 1949, Beulah was married to Robert J. “Wheezer” Carli at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Ironwood. He preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 2001.
