    BERLIN (AP) - The Munich zoo's 14-week-old polar bear twins don't yet have names, but they're already stars. The tiny cubs - one male, one female - were greeted by nearly 100 reporters as they skipped across their enclosure during their first public appearance Wednesday.     WASHINGTON (AP) - Toyota agreed to pay $1.2 billion to settle an investigation by the U.S. government, admitting that it hid information about defects that caused Toyota and Lexus vehicles to accelerate unexpectedly and resulted in injuries and deaths.
