SALINE, Mich. - Ruth D. Rouse, 96, former longtime Ironwood resident, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at the Evangelical Home in Saline. She was born March 28, 1920, in Hurley, Wis., daughter of the late William J. and Olga (Dreger) Draver. The former Lucille Negri was born May 15, 1922, in Pence, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Christina Negri. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Hurley in 1940, attended technical school in Ashland, Wis., and worked in a defense plant in Chicago for three years.
