The structure at 206 S. Sophie Street has been before the council for years and finally was slotted for removal Monday.     ASHLAND, Wis. - The Hurley boys were a close second and the Ironwood girls were runner-up as Ashland swept its home track-and-field invite, the Welker, Monday.
