    By JAN TUCKER [email protected] ROCKLAND - SONCO Emergency Medical Service Technicians in Ontonagon County were saluted Sunday as part of the national recognition of EMS teams. Gina Kasten, Operation Manager for SONCO, cited the theme of this years' celebration "EMS Strong-Called to Care" and noted the "exceptional service" the members provide to the county.     WAKEFIELD, Mich. - George J. Cisewski, 86, of Ironwood, died peacefully Wednesday, May 11, 2016, with his loving family by his side, at Gogebic Medical Care Facility in Wakefield. He was born Jan. 4, 1930, in Ironwood, and graduated from J.E. Murphy High School in Hurley, Wis., with the Class of 1948.
