Junior John Michael Klopatek and senior Heather Cihak received 2014 Smokey Bear National Award for "outstanding public service to wildlife prevention," through the U.S. Forest Service. DULUTH, Minn. - David G. Lindquist, 84, of Sunset Road in Ironwood Township, Mich., passed away Monday, May 19, 2014, at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, from complications following a recent surgery. Son of the late Louis J. and Della (Sobolewski) Gregory, he lived in Ironwood, Escanaba, Ann Arbor and Detroit, before settling with his family on the shores of Lake Superior in Ontonagon in 1969.
