MANITOWOC, Wis. - Carol F. Allan, 87, a Manitowoc resident, passed away Sunday morning, May 28, 2017, at St. Mary's Nursing Care Center in Manitowoc. Carol was born on May 8, 1930, in Crystal Falls, Mich., daughter of the late Harry and Jean (Johnson) Freberg. She was a graduate of Luther L.
