    IRONWOOD - Wearing their finest clothes, four kindergarten students at All Saints Catholic Academy received their diplomas following Mass Wednesday morning. As hymns filled Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, the four graduates in Emily Lightfoot's class made their way down the aisle to the front pew.     Michigan Department of Natural Resources forest health experts anticipate widespread defoliation from spruce budworms to continue across much of the Upper Peninsula in the weeks to come. Robert Heyd, MDNR Forest Health Management Program leader, toured the region last week.     BESSEMER — The Gogebic County Board of Commissioners Wednesday agreed to place 12 foreclosed parcels up for sale, exerxising its right to the properties. County treasurer Sue Pertile said people are interested in purchasing four of the lots. All 12 of the lots are vacant. Five of the parcels are in Bessemer Township and seven are in Ironwood Township.
