    IRONWOOD — Bill Bier remembers when his family went to Hazelhurst, Wis., to buy trees from a nursery to plant in their yard on Douglas Boulevard in Ironwood.     IRONWOOD — Aspirus Grand View Hospital recently received approval from the board of directors to begin a $4 million renovation to the emergency room, chief operating officer Paula Chermside said.     IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP — A new handicapped lift has been installed in the Lindquist Center pool at Gogebic Community College, according to Diane Oliver, president of Snowflake Aquatics. The city of Ironwood donated a lift to the pool years ago, Oliver said, but it was not working well and did not meet new federal regulations.     MUSKEGON (AP) — Miss Saginaw County Haley Williams has been crowned Miss Michigan and will get the chance to compete for the Miss America title in Atlantic City, N.J., in September.
