    IRONWOOD - Saturday's Festival Ironwood schedule featured a full day of activities, ranging from a Walk, Run and Roll in Norrie Park in the morning to a performance by Shotgun Kelli that filled the dance floor to close out the evening, as well as a classic car cruise and a host of other events offering something for the whole family.   • Ontonagon grads to celebrate all school reunion

    ONTONAGON — Up to a thousand Ontonagon Area High School graduates and their families and friends are expected to celebrate the 2015 All School Reunion in Ontonagon this upcoming Friday and Saturday, July 24-25. The reunions have been held every five years. This year’s event features two new co-chairs, Ontonagon County Clerk Stacey Preiss and Rich Ernest. The pair took over the massive work of organizing the event, which hundreds of former students are expected to attend, after longtime chairman Andy Lockhart retired.     MONTREAL, Wis. - Austin Thomas Ahola, 17, of Montreal, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at home. He was born Oct. 3, 1997, in Duluth, Minn., the son of William and Patricia (DeZur) Ahola. A gifted and talented student, he was currently completing all of his high school studies at the Hurley K-12 school and was enrolled in the Youth Options Program at Northland College in Ashland.     IRONWOOD - When Jordan Barto and Simon Store qualified for the Championship Flight by shooting a 70 on Saturday, many at the Milakovich Memorial Tournament probably considered them dark-horses to compete with the "big names" and win the championship on Sunday afternoon.
