    BLACK RIVER HARBOR - The body of a 32-year-old Negaunee man who slipped into Black River near Sandstone Falls was found Monday afternoon. Gogebic County Sheriff Pete Matonich said the body was located around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, but was not recovered until around 4:30 p.m. "Recovery efforts were hampered due to the dangerous water and difficult terrain," Matonich said.     HURLEY — Special prosecutor Richard Dufour brought charges against Jessica M. Carli, of Saxon, Thursday, the second person charged in the March fire that burned down the Bear Trap Inn and resulted in the death of Lisa Waldros. Carli, 41, of Church Street, is charged with one count of aiding a felon as a party to a crime, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and/or $25,000. McDonald, 92, of Ironwood, died peacefully Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, at Westgate Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Community in Ironwood, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Dec. 4, 1923, in Trout Creek, son of the late Lewis and Lydia (Shannon) McDonald, and graduated from Trout Creek High School in 1941.
