    WAKEFIELD - A crowd gathered at the beach at Eddy Park in Wakefield on Friday afternoon to celebrate Ardie Johnson's 72nd birthday.     Xcel Energy workers began upgrading area street lights to LED this week, a measure expected to save costs for communities and be environmentally beneficial.
