After the dust settled around midnight in a real shocker, Matt Tingstad, 40, of Bessemer, had defeated Tony Stella Jr., 57, of Kimball, 1,709 to 1,696.     By RICHARD JENKINS [email protected] Voters in Gogebic and Ontonagon counties have voted to retain 32nd Circuit Court Judge Michael Pope for the remainder of a term lasting until Jan. 1, 2021. Pope received 4,128 votes in Gogebic County and 1,883 votes in Ontonagon County for a total of 6,011 votes. Pope’s challenger, Mark McDonald, received 2,187 votes in Gogebic County and 818 votes in Ontonagon County for a total of 3,005 votes. Pope was appointed by Gov. Saari-Mieloszyk received the most votes in the race, capturing 21 percent of the voters with 776 votes.
