    IRONWOOD - The Carnegie Library recently received a $19,000 grant from the Reinhardt Library Fund for lighting improvements. "We are proud and excited to have received this grant," Elaine Erickson, library director, said. The lighting, installed on the first floor, has a more historic feel, Erickson said, and adds to the ambience of the library.     BESSEMER, Mich. - Dennis James Jacobson, 71, of Bessemer, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013. He was born Nov. 16, 1942, in Ironwood. Dennis graduated from A.D. Johnston High School and then enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving from 1960 to 1963, with honorary discharge.
