    EWEN - A "family" of 20 graduates laughed, cried and celebrated as they took a "monumental step" Friday night during Ewen-Trout Creek High School's 47th commencement ceremony at the school in Ewen, according to student speakers.     Ardie Jerome LaMarche passed away peacefully from cancer on May 15, 2014, at his home in Oregon. Ardie was born June 29, 1940, in Hurley, Wis., son of the late Ardell LaMarche and Hilma LaMarche Voss, nee Lakala. Ardie graduated from Ashland (Wis.) High School in the class of 1958. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served from 1961 through 1967.
