Phillips ruins Midgets' late rally

PHILLIPS, Wis. -- Phillips scored a run on a Hurley throwing error in the bottom of the seventh inning to win 9-8 on Tuesday. The Midgets had just come back in the top of the inning from an 8-1 deficit. Hurley scored all seven runs with two outs.
