HURLEY -- The Hurley girls basketball stayed undefeated at 3-0 by defeating Ashland in an overtime thriller 53-45 on Tuesday night.
"My stress level is elevated right now," Midgette coach Melissa Oja said. "Ashland is a very tough team. I told the girls they should be cheering right now after beating teams like Northwestern, Ashland and Drummond."
Ashland coach Rick Whiting was disappointed with his team's intensity, but he couldn't say the same about Hurley.
