82 take community bike ride

GO RIDE R Range Ride (or GRRRR) participants enjoy live music and refreshments following the community bicycle ride Sunday at Bluff Valley Park in Bessemer. The fourth annual ride traveled from Bessemer to Ironwood and back with 82 participants. “We are so appreciative that summer has finally arrived in Gogebic County,” organizer Jim Mildren said. The event raised about $700 to benefit local non-motorized trails.
