Battle at the Bluff this weekend

HURLEY — This weekend’s annual Battle at the Bluff golf tournament is a two–man best ball format that offers a challenging two days of golf with with several flight groups for all range of golf skills, including a senior division for golfers 62 and older.

Each flight awards prize money for the top three places, giving all golf abilities the chance to be rewarded for good play on both Saturday and Sunday.

Golfers come from all around the Midwest to play in this event.

Past champions include:

—Justin Reid and Jarred Reid (2012),

—Dave Lundin and Tim Steiger (2011 and 2007)

—Paul and Dave Vaara (2009 and 2010)

—Travis Tauer and Jordan Barto (2008)

The entry fee of $75 per person includes a prime rib dinner on Saturday night and a breakfast Sunday morning.
