Pauline S. Radtke

WASHBURN, Wis. — Pauline S. Radtke, 80, of Mason, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013, at Northern Lights Health Care Center in Washburn.

Pauline was born Sept 15, 1932, in North Prairie, the daughter of Ernest A. and Elizabeth (VanDorf) Raatz. She attended high school in Waukesha.

On March 10, 1950, Pauline was united in marriage to Charles O. Radtke. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening and bird watching.

Survivors include her children, Bernard (Judith) Radtke, of Brookings, S.D., Christine Radtke, of Park Falls, Gary (Pamela) Radtke, of Saxon, Linda (Brian) Cox, of Bessemer, Mich., and Mabel Radtke, of Mason; grandchildren, Julianne, Philip, Michael, Mark, Terri and Stephen; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Benton, Mitchell, Domonic, Elizabeth and Giana Rose; a brother, Eugene (Lola) Raatz, of Grand Marsh; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles, on Sept. 20, 1967; son, Charles Robert; and brother, Ernest.

A memorial service for Pauline will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 28, at the Mountain Funeral Home in Ashland, with the Rev. Kent Seldal officiating.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home in Ashland and will continue until the hour of service.

Interment will be private.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mountain Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Ashland and Mellen.
