Randall W. Hill

SEBRING, Fla. - Randall W. Hill, 55, passed away on Jan. 18, 2014, in Sebring.

He was born on April 3, 1958, in Ironwood, Mich. He served with the U.S. Coast Guard and retired honorably in 1995.

Randall had a passion for deep sea fishing on Lake Superior with his dad. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He was a spiritual man who loved the Lord and enjoyed studying his word.

He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Armentrout (Jon), of Sebring, and Melinda Crandall (Clint), of Ephrata, Wash .; sisters, Paula Klassen (Jim), of Papillion, Neb., and Sue Kalla (Rick), of Mary Esther, Fla .; grandchildren, Alyssa Jordan, Ethan Armentrout, Camden Crandall and Emily Crandall. He is also survived by the special people in his life, Aunt Elsie and Uncle Waino Salli, Aunt Eleanor and Uncle Dick Kuula, Barbara Chiapuzio, Mike Salli and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Randall was preceded in death by his father, Donald Hill, and his mother, Marlene (Baker) Hill Munz.

Funeral services will be held today, Friday, Jan. 24, at 10 a.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, with the Rev. Ted Moore officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. that afternoon at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
