BESSEMER - The Bessemer Chamber of Commerce held an Easter egg hunt at Bessemer City Hall Saturday morning.

There were also refreshments, a visit from the Easter bunny and a showing of the movie "Frozen."

"We've been holding this event for at least eight years," said chamber president Veronica Miskovich.

The event generally draws more than 100 kids, she added.

"Being such a small community, a lot of this we do are for our residents," said chamber vice president Donna Frello. "We do a lot of community events."

"Everything is free," said Miskovich, "Without the Bessemer chamber members and sponsors, we couldn't do all this."
