DULUTH, Minn. — Mark Allen Carlson, 62, a native of Ironwood, Mich., passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth.
He was born Sept. 3, 1951, in Ironwood, son of late Erin and Dorothy (Sands) Carlson, and graduated from Luther L. Wright High School in 1969 and Northern Michigan University in 1974.
He was married to Christine Sorenson on Dec. 8, 1990. She preceded him in death. He lived in Siesta Key, Fla., and worked in computer sales.
He is survived by his two brothers, Gene (Sherry) and Paul; and his sister, Kriss (Doug) Sutherland.
Private funeral arrangements are pending.
