Jennie Marcelon

IRONWOOD, Mich. - Jennie Marcelon, 58, of Ironwood, passed away Thursday morning, June 5, 2014, at her home.

Jennie was born on Sept. 30, 1955, in Ironwood, the daughter of Leo John and Irene Eva (July) Marcelon. She attended Marenisco High School and graduated in 1973.

Jennie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Jennie is survived by a daughter, Lynn (Scott) Richardson, Ironwood; a son, Jason (Rachelle) Wienandt, Davison; father of the children, David Wienandt, Marenisco; six grandchildren, Darian, Jordan, Trevor, Haley, Hunter and Ellary; a great-grandson, Eric; a sister, Mary Jane (Tom) Hudec, Anderson, Calif .; her brother-in-law, Dick Miller, Ironwood; her loving nieces and nephews, Stacey (Stacy) Miller, Ironwood, Vicki (Dean) Anderson, Kimball, Wis., Heather (Ian) Fisher, of Oregon, and Robert (Brandi) Hudec, Anderson, Calif .; several cousins, including a very special cousin, Renee Leskoviansky; and loving friends, Rick and Sue Tippett.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Leo John Jr., in 1957; and a sister, Cathy Miller, on June 5, 2009.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 13, at 11 a.m., preceded by visitation at 10 a.m., at the Lakeside Memorial Chapel, 806 Putnam St., in Wakefield, with the Rev. Antony Lukka officiating.

Rite of Committal and interment will follow in Marenisco Cemetery.

Luncheon will be served at the Marenisco Town Hall immediately upon return from the cemetery.
