She was also involved with the former Ironwood Township Sportsmen's Club, and since 1972, was a charter member of the Ironwood Township chapter of AARP. She held various office positions in each of these groups.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis, of Ironwood Township, and David (Sue), of Pontiac; a daughter, Judy (Ed) Zull, of Ortonville; four grandsons, Chris (Heather) Zull, Andy (Katie) Zull, and Sam and Ben Slade; three great-grandsons, Landin, Isaac and Ethan Zull; a brother, Barney Hulstrom, of Little Girl's Point; numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law; and approximately 50 nieces and nephews.
