RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rachel Katherine Sollman, 94, of Custer, passed away on Oct. 18, 2015, at the Rapid City Regional Hospice House in Rapid City.
Rachel was born in Bessemer, Mich., on Dec. 30, 1920, to Oscar E. and Anna (Mattson) Korpi.
She is survived by her daughter, Lorna (Larry) Reichenberg, of Custer; son, Larry Sollman, of Stillwater, Minn .; Gary (Terri) Sollman, of New Richmond, Wis .; sister, Elsie Honkala, of Pittsburg, Pa .; 11 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside memorial will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer.
