SNOWMAKING MACHINES roar at Blackjack Ski Resort in Bessemer Township Friday morning. It was the first day of snowmaking for the season, according to Blackjack Ski Resorts spokesperson Misty Vander Wolde. Temperatures in the 20s allowed the snowmaking.
