Victoria 'Honey' Marie Ritmiller

FOREST HILL, Md. - Victoria Marie Ritmiller, 76, of Bel Air, passed away on July 15, 2015, at the Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill.

"Honey," as she was known to family and friends, was born in Wakefield, Mich., the daughter of the late Filmore Oscar Johnson and Fannie Carr.

Honey had worked for the Harford County Board of Education at Harford Vocational Technical High School.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Ronald Olgren Jr .; and two sisters, Shannon Crosby and Annette Johnson.

Honey is survived by her husband, George Raymond Ritmiller Jr., of Bel Air; sons, Mitchell Olgren, of White Marsh, Justin Ritmiller, of Bel Air, and George R. Ritmiller III, of Millersville; daughters, Catherine (Olgren) McDaniel, of Warrenton, Va., Melissa (Ritmiller) Wisniewski, of Catonsville, and Andrea (Ritmiller) Bryant, of Clarksville; brothers, John Johnson, of Marquette, Mich., and Duane Johnson, of Ramsay, Mich .; sisters, Chris Olgren, of MacFarland, Wis., Corrine Loftus, of Ortonville, Mich., and Dolly Heikkila of Kimball, Wis. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren.

Honey was cremated and her ashes will be interred in Bessemer, Mich. A Life Celebration was held Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015, at MaGerk's in Bel Air.

A brief memorial with burial of the ashes will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bessemer.
