Ann De Carlo Hammer

BOTHELL, Wash. — Our beloved mother, Ann Hammer, went peacefully home to our Lord Friday morning, Aug. 19, 2016.

She was sweet and kind to everyone she met and always had a smile on her face. She had a special love for all her grandchildren.

She is survived by her four children, Diane Blanton (Buzz), Maryann Grinstead (David), Janet Crowley and Peter Shimondle (Ariel); her brothers, Thomas and Joseph De Carlo; her sister, Theresa Peterson; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Post (Cassie), Noah Post (Rachel), Shane, Cassandra, Chelesa, Matthew and Cindy Crowley; her great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ashton, Tanner, and Savannah Post.

Her service will be held at a future date.

We wish to thank the wonderful staff at Bothell Health Care who cared so lovingly for her.
