VOLUNTEERS GATHERED at Ironwood's Memorial Building Tuesday evening to discuss the SISU Ski Fest Saturday. Jim Decur, standing right, President of the Ski Fest Board opened the meeting and turned it over to Jackie Powers, the Race Director. Powers identified areas of need for the race and networked the room and volunteers to fill those needs. Temperatures are plummeting and Powers identified the need to pay attention to racers and volunteers potentially suffering from hypothermia or frost bite.

IRONWOOD - The volunteers for this years SISU cross country race and ski fest met with race leadership on Tuesday at the Memorial Building in downtown Ironwood to identify weak areas of support to ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
Jim Decur, President of the Ski Fest Board, called the meeting to order and handed the affair over to Jackie Powers, Race Director.
