IRONWOOD TOWNSHIP - Daniel Gerald Ferguson, 26, an escapee from the Gogebic County Jail in Bessemer on Monday, was captured Friday afternoon, ending an intensive manhunt.
The sheriff's office released information it received a tip Ferguson was hiding in a residence in the city of Bessemer where he was apprehended without incident Friday around 2 p.m.
