CLEVELAND, Wis. — Lillian Stella Mattson, formerly of Bruce Crossing, Mich., passed away Aug. 1, 2017, at home in Cleveland.
She was born Nov. 7, 1934, in Bruce Crossing, to Raymond and Helen (Holmes) Jacobson.
She is survived by her children, Howard (Judy) Mattson of Flagler Beach, Fla .; Wayne Mattson of Bruce Crossing, Rene Mattson of Cleveland, and Dana Mattson of Cleveland; grandchildren, Michael Mattson, John (Jessica) Mattson, Katrina (Don) Cronkright, Cory (Jessica) Mattson, Melissa (Jesse) Savola and Taryn Mattson; as well as numerous great-grandchildren. Her granddaughter, Taryn was her primary caregiver for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Mattson; and daughter, Dawn Mattson.
Graveside services for Lillian will be held at the Hillside Cemetery, Bruce Crossing, on Thursday, Aug. 10, at 1 p.m., with Pastor Jesse Aho officiating. There will be fellowship and light lunch at Twilly’s following the burial.
