Among the motions to be heard today by Iron County Judge Patrick Madden are:

—A request for a change of location of the trial.

—A request to sever the two cases.

—A motion to enlarge the time for filing further motions.

—A request to reveal any agreement between the state and potential co-defendants in the case.

Also charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide and being a party to hiding a corpse are James Lussier, 19, of Woodruff; Evan T. Oungst, 27, of Arbor Vitae, and Curtis Wolfe, 26, of Lac du Flambeau.

Valliere was beaten and then shot to death. He was reported missing to Lac du Flambeau police on Christmas Day. His body was found on New Year’s day in a remote area near Mercer.

Allen and Joseph Lussier previously filed motions for speedy trials.

The other three cases will proceed slower and trials have not yet been set.
