    KIMBALL, Wis. - An effort is taking place to acquire property at Interstate Falls in Kimball, Wis., as part of the Riverside Trail project.     BESSEMER - The Bessemer City council approved the Downtown Development Authority plan to pursue a new memorial site at its meeting on Tuesday. City manager Mike Uskiewicz gave an initial presentation of the plan. This would designate a "portion of the pocket park on Sophie Street be dedicated to the perpetual use as a memorial site," the proposal said.     SHOREVIEW, Minn. - Naomi Hendricks, 95, passed away Jan. 2, 2015, at the home of her daughter in Shoreview. From 1950 to 1958 Naomi and Bill served in Ironwood, Mich., where they pastored First Baptist Church. Naomi led the choir, had charge of junior church and taught Sunday school.
