TOMAHAWK, Wis. - Jean A. DeCarlo, 79, of 1615 E. Somo Ave., Tomahawk, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, at her home. HURLEY, Wis. - Jack Raymond Vandevoorde, 87, of Iron Belt, died peacefully surrounded by his children on Jan. 22, 2021, at the Villa Maria Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hurley. Jack was born on Sept. 5, 1933, to Raymond and Godelieve (Delodder) Vandevoorde and grew up in Iron Belt. ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Dorothy Salonen Pakonen, 83 a longtime resident of Bessemer, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021, at a nursing home in Alexandria. WAUSAU, Wis. - Lorraine "Laure" Kreger, 65 of Wausau, died on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, at Aspirus Hospice House in Wausau. Laure was born on July 26, 1955, in Ironwood, Michigan, the daughter of John and Esther (Wirtenen) DeMario.
