Jeremy James Richards, 42, is charged with four counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct-personal injury and one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm-strangulation. GLISSON [email protected] WAKEFIELD - At a special meeting on Tuesday evening, the Wakefield Planning Commission voted to recommend that a three-year lease for the Split Rock Trail Association be submitted to the City Council for review.
