BESSEMER, Mich. - Charlotte Ann (Schwartz) Hoffner, 68, a lifelong resident of Bessemer, passed away Thursday evening, May 11, 2017. Char was born on April 17, 1949, in Tomahawk, Wis., a daughter of Bruce Marlin and Florence Edith (Hill) Schwartz. She attended A.D. Johnston High School in Bessemer and graduated in 1967. HURLEY, Wis. — Lorraine C. Trombley, 93, a lifelong Ironwood, Mich. resident, died peacefully Friday evening, May 12, 2017, at Villa Maria Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hurley. The former Lorraine Oie was born Aug. 29, 1923, in Ironwood, daughter of the late Edwin and Ida (Secore) Oie, attended St. Ambrose and Ironwood schools, and graduated from Luther L.
