    By JAN TUCKER [email protected] ONTONAGON — October is breast cancer awareness month and the free mammograms sponsored by the Ontonagon County Cancer Association will be held for two weeks out of the month. Cancer association president Bev Meagher announced the weeks of Oct. 10-14 and 17-21 will be free mammograms. Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., women can call (906)884-8137 to schedule a mammogram. Several staff members, including certified nursing assistant Scott Pospeck, took visitors along a tour and talked about the facility and what Gogebic Medical does.
