    By TOM LAVENTURE [email protected] and The Associated Press IRONWOOD - Former Vice President Joe Biden won a solid victory in the Michigan Democratic primary on Tuesday, along with sound victories locally in Gogebic and Ontonagon counties. With 80% of precincts reporting at 11 p.m., Biden had 52.9% of the statewide vote. His only rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, had 37.9%. "We had a near disaster," said Juliette Kangas of the Iron County Historical Society. "All the electrical board, everything in it melted."     ARVADA, Colo. - Scott Moselle, 52, of Arvada, formerly of Ironwood, Michigan, passed away peacefully in his home Tuesday, March 3, 2020. He was born on Aug. 28, 1967, in Ironwood, son of Roger and Jean Moselle. On Jan. 17, 1997, he married Alicia Knight.
