Water rate increases of 5 percent and sewer hikes of 2.24 percent were approved by the three commissioners attending the meeting, with a 2 percent cost of living (inflationary) adjustment to both charges. CAMARILLO, Calif. - Imogene (Keskey) Gregory, 108, passed away on March 4, 2017, in Camarillo, where she had resided since 1980.
