City commissioners agreed Monday to seek the bids as part of $21,000 that has been budgeted for safety around the sites, including sinkholes. City Manager Scott Erickson said the money was obtained from the sale of easements to Xcel Energy. Erickson said “key locations” would be targeted. MELBOURNE, Fla. - John Richard "Bruiser" Gull, 75, passed away on Dec. 19, 2015, after fighting valiantly, at the Avante Center in Melbourne. DEERFIELD, Wis. - William Cyril Maccani, 90, died on March 24, 2016, in Deerfield with his daughter at his side after a short illness. He was born in Bessemer, Mich., on March 13, 1926, to Joseph Cyrillo and Theresa (Proft) Maccani. He grew up in Bessemer and graduated from A.D. Johnston High School.
