    Voters across Iron County and the state of Wisconsin will head to the polls on Tuesday for the general spring election. Locally, voters will vote on municipality leaders, with most of the contested races taking place in Mercer. Incumbent Jim Kichak will face-off against Opal Roberts for town chairman. Roberts is currently the town clerk, but is not seeking re-election for that seat.     MERCER, Wis. — More than 100 kids turned out for the annual Mercer Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday at the Mercer School. According to club members, the event has been taking place for over 20 years, starting off with real hard boiled eggs before switching to plastic.     BESSEMER — Drivers from all over the Midwest traveled to Bessemer over the weekend to participate in the first ever Snowmobile Drag Race and Hill Climb on Saturday and Sunday at Big Powderhorn Mountain.     To the Editor: A March 25 letter in the Daily Globe entitled “Keep protecting traditional marriage” has caused me to examine my thinking on whether or not I should continue buying and reading the Daily Globe.
