    MILWAUKEE (AP) — Republican Ted Cruz stormed to a commanding victory in Wisconsin Tuesday, denting front-runner Donald Trump’s chances of capturing the GOP nomination before the party’s convention. Beginning in April, Elaine Erickson, library director, said the "historic" library will undergo restoration and repair projects to bring back its "original glory." Bart Kotarba, of the Northwoods Wildlife Center, brought his feathery friends and assorted bird parts to the library to teach children about birds of prey that live in their area.
