    By ZACHARY MARANO [email protected] HOUGHTON — The Western Upper Peninsula Health Department posted its weekly COVID-19 briefing on Wednesday and each of the five counties in the area still has low COVID-19 community level by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention measurements. Following the meeting, Steve Fiene is now one of two council members for Ward 1 along with Maleah Cummings.     MERCER, Wis. — Henry J. Zyla, age 76, passed away at his home in Mercer, Wisconsin, on Palm Sunday, April 10, 2022. Henry was the beloved husband of Virginia; devoted son of the late Stanley and Helen Zyla; fond brother of the late Stanley; godson of Betty Jane Horowicz; is proceded by the late Arlene Scully, and is survived by many cousins.
