    IRONWOOD, Mich. - Roland Keith Lindberg, 89, a long-time resident of Ironwood Township, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, Aug. 9, 2017, after a brief illness. Roland was born on May 23, 1928, in Ironwood, the son of Karlton Axel and Edna Amelia (Tillner) Lindberg. He attended A.D. Johnston High School in Bessemer and graduated in 1946 as class valedictorian.
