Using a scale between 1 and 5, with 1 being the low and 5 being the high, Loper came in overall at 3.96.     WAUSAU, Wis. - Charles Richard Lundberg, 83, of Hurley, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017, at Wausau Aspirus Hospital. Born in Wisconsin Rapids, on Jan. 6, 1934, he was the first born son of the late Carl and Evelyn (Renberg) Lundberg.
