    ROCHESTER, Minn. - Peder "Pete" Johnson Jr., 87, of Rochester, passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon, June 16, 2018, at Edenbrook Nursing Home in Rochester. Pete was born in LeRoy on May 5, 1931, to Peder Sr. and Esther Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters: Mrs. David (Leora) Lidtke, Mrs. James (Ramona) Pisney and Mrs. Raymond (Phyllis) Becker. He graduated from LeRoy High School in 1949.
